Resolution 2025-R-14 - Fire Assessment Fee  
A motion was made by Councilwoman Dolbow, second by Councilman Rainbird,  
to approve Resolution No. 2025-R-14 Fire Assessment Fee. The MOTION was  
APPROVED by the following vote:

Resolution No. 2025-R-28: Authorization for the City Manager to enter into  
agreements with Volusia County for the acceptance of properties acquired through  
the Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Community Disaster Block  
Grant-Disaster Recovery (CBDG-DR) program of funding the single-family  
homeowner repair and replacement program and the homeowner recovery program  
buyout pathway.  
A motion was made by Councilwoman Dolbow, second by Councilman Rainbird,  
to approve Resolution No. 2025-R-28 Authorization for the City Manager to enter

term of Ron Hayward.  
A motion was made by Councilwoman Gillis, second by Councilman Thomas, to  
appoint Jason Haynes to fill the unexpired term of Ron Hayward on the  
Firefighter Pension Board. The MOTION was APPROVED by the following vote:

to hold the flat rate Millage rate at 6.33 TRIM notice for the Edgewater operating  
fund for FY 2025-2026. The MOTION was APPROVED by the following vote:

0.0100. The MOTION was APPROVED by the following vote:

AR-2025-023 Maximum Millage - Edgewater I & S 2016 Fiscal Year 2025-2026  
A motion was made by Councilwoman Dolbow, second by Councilman Rainbird,  
to approve the Maximum Millage for Edgewater I & S FY 2025-2026 for the  
Edgewater DR-420 Debt 2025-1920 Go Parks for TRIM notice 2025 0.1129. The  
MOTION was APPROVED by the following vote:

AR-2025-025 Ratification of the Coastal Florida Police Benevolent Association (PBA)

to ratify the Coast Florida Police Benevolent Association Collective Bargaining  
agreement. The MOTION was APPROVED by the following vote:

AR-2025-025 AP-2500: Request to appeal the Planning and Zoning Board’s decision regarding the

Rainbird, to discuss the termination of the City Clerk without cause. The
