SUMMARY:

On August 5, 2024 City Council adopted Resolution No. 2024-R-12 modifying the schedule of fees/fines. There was a scriveners’ error on page 14 related to the mitigation rate for stormwater.

The amount was listed as $78.02 and should have been $8.02. The non-residential refuse rate is listed at current year rate of $31.21 and should be $33.71.
