SUMMARY:

On August 5, 2024, City Council awarded the competitive solicitation RFP 24-ES-08 - Grant Administrative Services - Rehabilitation of Sanitary Sewer Lines and Manholes (CDBG 23DB-N33) to the top ranked firm Cornerstone Community Partners at a price of $55,000. Grant Administrative Services - Rehabilitation of Sanitary Sewer Lines and Manholes (CDBG 23DB-N33) (RFP 24-ES-08)

 

On October 29, 2024, Cornerstone Community Partners notified City staff that the granting agency Florida Commerce is requesting a change in the contract terms to meet their newly adopted standards. The change affects one section related to retention time of public records related to this project, increasing from five (5) years to six (6) years. There is no cost impact to the Consultant’s services with this change. Staff has reviewed the requested change and recommends approval.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:

Motion to approve the Amendment to the contract terms with Cornerstone Community Partners for the RFP 24-ES-08 Grant Administrative Services - Rehabilitation of Sanitary Sewer Lines and Manholes (CDBG 23DB-N33) and authorize the City Manager to sign the necessary documents.
