SUMMARY:
The Edgewater Fire Rescue Association Inc. would like to amend their bylaws in the event of a disbandment.
The bylaws, as approved by the association membership, stipulate that in the event of the dissolution of the Edgewater Fire Rescue Association Inc., all real estate, improvements, and tangible property will be deeded and donated to the City of Edgewater. Any remaining funds, after all debts and obligations are satisfied, will be donated to the City of Edgewater for the sole purpose of purchasing equipment for the City of Edgewater Fire-Rescue Department.
