SUMMARY:

City Council adopted Ordinances No. 2014-O-20 which amended and restated the City of Edgewater, Florida Firefighters' Pension Plan. Subsequently, Ordinances 2014-O-20, 2016-O-33, 2019-O-03, 2019-O-26, 2021-O-36, 2023-O-11, and 2024-O-37 were adopted amending various sections of the Firefighters’ Pension Plan.

 

Ordinance 2025-O-11 is the incorporation of all Plan amendments into the restated Plan.
