SUMMARY:
In September 2019, Council adopted Resolution #2019-R-09 which incorporated annual modifications/changes to various fees/costs, etc. relating to the Code of Ordinances, Land Development Code and various administrative costs/fees.
In December 2019 Council approved Resolution No. 2019-R-26 which modified the solid waste costs/fees.
Resolution No. 2020-R-21 is the current update to our schedule of fees/fines with an effective date of October 1, 2020.
