BACKGROUND:

The applicant is seeking final plat approval for the fourth phase within the Oakleaf Preserve subdivision. The final plat is the recording of the division of a parcel or parcels that depicts the individual parcels carved out of the parent tract. The final plat depicts the subdivision of the parent tract with all easements, improvements, and vested or interested parties. The final plat is an administerial process, which means if the applicant has met the standards of the land development code by City Staff, the final plat must be approved by the governing body.

 

The applicant first submitted September 21st, 2023. The applicant resubmitted on October 27th, 2023. The applicant has a recorded maintenance and performance bond.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

Staff recommends approval of FP-2303, the Final Plat for Oakleaf Preserve Phase Four.
