SUMMARY:
Megan Schmidt with the Edgewater Community Group LLC is seeking to host a weekly Community Market at Hawks Park. Article III, Section 21-37, limits Special Activity Permits to three times for every 6 months. In order to host and use Hawks park weekly, an agreement needs to be made between the City and Edgewater Community Group, LLC. City staff have prepared the attached agreement with input from the City Attorney to facilitate this weekly community event.
