BACKGROUND:

Ms. Bauer resigned from the Economic Development Board on Monday February 17^th. Ms. Bauer represented Advent Health on the Economic Development Board. Her replacement at Advent Health, Joshua Champion, applied to the Economic Development Board on March 26, 2025.

The Economic Development Board on April 2, 2025 sent a unanimous decision to support the appointment of Joshua Champion to the Economic Development Board.

RECOMMENDED ACTION

Motion to appoint Joshua Champion to the Economic Development Board.
