SUMMARY:
The City of Edgewater and Carmeuse Lime & Stone entered into an Agreement on March 6, 2023.
The City of Edgewater and Carmeuse Lime & Stone would like to utilize the following options of the current agreement:
• Term of the Contract by electing to renew the contract for an additional term of one (1) year. Thereby extending the current contract from April 14, 2026 through and until April 14, 2027.
• Compensation by electing to agree to pay Carmeuse Lime and Stone the requested 6% increase to $549.35/TON
