SUMMARY: The Florida Department of Transportation authorizes the City of Edgewater to perform maintenance of the State Highway Lighting System and compensates the City for such services. The total compensation for Fiscal Year 20/21 is $41,863.95. This resolution will approve entering into the State Highway Lighting, Maintenance and Compensation Agreement and authorize the City Manager to execute the same.
