Staff Review
The applicant, Steve Fusilier, on behalf of Indian River Shoreline, LLC, has submitted a site plan for Edgewater River Oaks Marina Phase 1 that aligns with the Edgewater River Oaks MUPUD, the City of Edgewater's Land Development Code and the Comprehensive Plan. The applicant first submitted on November 18th, 2024. The application has undergone seven (7) reviews by the Technical Review Committee. The City's third party engineer, Mead and Hunt, has also confirmed that the project meets all the requirements of the Edgewater River Oaks MUPUD, the City of Edgewater's Comprehensive Plan, and Land Development Code.
