SUMMARY:
The applicant, Peter Constanza, has applied for a Medium Scale Façade grant in the amount of $27,055 dollars. The applicant will be seeking reimbursement within the parameters of the program for fifty (50%) percent of the total cost. Mr. Constanza will be seeking reimbursement in the amount of $13,755. Mr. Constanza has provided three quotes as required within the grant program for each of the requested improvements. Said improvements consist of painting the sides and rear of the building, installation of 8 awnings, and installing a new shingle roof.
