The applicant first submitted for minor site plan approval on June 1st, 2026. The applicant has undergone three reviews by the Technical Review Committee inclusive of the City’s contracted third-party engineer, Mead and Hunt. The Technical Review Committee has found that the application is compliant with the City of Edgewater’s Comprehensive Plan and the City of Edgewater’s Land Development Code.
