SUMMARY:
The Serves-Up MUPUD Agreement (2025-O-14; Book: 8811, Page: 1108) outlined within section 3q that “a fifty (50') foot by fifty (50') foot triangle area in the southeast comer at the intersection of Air Park Road and West Park Avenue shall be quit claim deeded to the City prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the purpose of right-of-way improvements”. In accordance with the agreement, the applicant for the Serves-Up Development has submitted the required quit claim deed. The purpose of the quit claim deed is to provide right-of-way for future traffic improvements.
