SUMMARY:
This is a subrogation case relating to a parking lot accident involving a City vehicle. The City Attorney has negotiated a settlement whereby the City’s insurance company will pay $3,657.44 to State Farm. This amount represents 50% of the amount claimed by State Farm and the insurance company is very pleased with the proposed settlement. This settlement is subject to City Council approval.
