Staff Findings:
In November of 2022, John Massey filed for a minor lot split and lot combination to add additional land that was retained by John Massey from the Massey Ranch Airpark Unit 1 subdivision.
The additional land was combined with the Lot 22 of Massey Ranch Airpark Unit 1 subdivision to allow for a larger buildable area due to the substantial storm water and conservation easement within the easterly portion of Lot 22.

The existing utilities within the cul-de-sac of Massey Ranch Boulevard followed the existing western property line of Lot 22. The applicant is requesting to move said utility easement to the westerly line of the new and expanded Lot 22. The applicant is requesting the drainage easement be moved to the southern portion of the newly created Lot 22 just north of the 70 foot taxiway easement. The applicant is requesting a 20 foot maintenance easement be placed within the 70 foot taxiway easement. The applicant has also requested that the 20 foot emergency access easement be vacated.
