Discussion and direction regarding next steps for the City Clerk position following the selected candidate’s decision to decline the offer. The City Council may consider the previously interviewed candidates Celine Kidwell or Cassandra Killgore to the position of City Clerk, contingent upon their continued interest in the position, or may direct staff to readvertise the position and conduct a new recruitment process.
