SUMMARY:
Since 2005, the City of Edgewater has had a contract with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to perform attractive maintenance of the roadway, roadside areas and median strips of US1 and SR 442.
This Memorandum of Agreement term is three (3) years. FDOT agrees to pay the City of Edgewater, following a Notice to Proceed, compensation for the cost of maintenance as described in the Provisions Section of the Agreement. The payment will be for the amount of $21,885.25 per quarter, equating to $87,541.00 per year for the duration of the term of the Agreement.
