Discussion:

The applicant first submitted for minor site plan approval on May 11th, 2026. The applicant has undergone four reviews by the Technical Review Committee inclusive of the City’s contracted third party engineer, Zev Cohen. The Technical Review Committee has found that the application is compliant with the City of Edgewater’s Comprehensive Plan, the Parktowne Industrial IPUD, and the City of Edgewater’s Land Development Code.

                     Staff has no comments or concerns.

 

Public Notice:

 

In accordance with Florida Statues Chapter 166.041, Public Notices were mailed to all addresses within 500’ of the proposed project on August 3, 2026.
