SUMMARY:
On April 6th, 2026, the Community Redevelopment Agency approved the medium scale improvement grant application for the property at 105-107 N. Ridgewood Avenue. The applicant had originally supplied a quote for the remodel for $27,055, but ended up only doing the roof portion of the project at a total cost of $18,890. Given the parameters of the grant (50% of cost), the eligible reimbursement comes to $9,445.
