SUMMARY:

Chapter 10 (Health, Sanitation, Property Maintenance and Code Enforcement), Article III (Cleanliness and Sanitation of Premises) is being amended and restated in its entirety to reflect modifications to Section 10-40 (Littering - Public property and waterways).

 

City Council approved Ordinance 2020-O-03 at first reading February 3, 2020.
