SUMMARY:

Councilwoman O’Keefe was absent from the November 6^th Council Workshop due to a death in the family.  Pursuant to the Policies & Procedures, when a Council Member is absent from a meeting they must disclose their reason for absence either in writing to the City Clerk prior to the meeting or personally describe for the record at the next meeting they are in attendance.  Council will vote to determine if excused or unexcused.
