SUMMARY:
The Farmton Master DRI Development Order requires all development to undergo Incremental DRI review. The Eastern Gateway, containing approximately 285 acres and located within the City limits, will be the first increment to be reviewed under this process.
The Farmton Local Plan and Farmton Master DRI Development Order also requires City Council to set at an open meeting the date and time for the public hearing to adopt the Farmton Eastern Gateway Incremental DRI.
The request to make a recommendation to the City Council for the Eastern Gateway will be heard by the Planning and Zoning Board on August 12, 2020; first reading by City Council is scheduled for September 14, 2020 and adoption on November 4, 2020.
