SUMMARY:
Per Resolution 2015-R-27 the Finance Director shall review the Policy annually and submit recommendations to the City Manager for review. This update contains all of the staff recommendations, cosmetic corrections and also includes language regarding purchase of used vehicles and equipment. Additionally, the forms listed as Attachment “A” are included and have been updated for electronic completion and ADA compliance. Staff requests Council continue to grant staff the ability to update and add forms as needed without prior Council approval

RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Motion to approve Resolution No. 2020-R-23 Purchasing Policy, which complies with Florida Statutes and to continue to grant staff the ability to update and add forms as needed without prior Council approval.
