SUMMARY:
The City of Edgewater issued an Invitation to Bid (ITB 20-ES-001 - Lift Station #6 Replacement) on October 24, 2019 with the sole purpose and intent of obtaining Bids from qualified and licensed State of Florida Contractor to provide all permits, insurance, manpower, material and supervision for Lift Station #6 Replacement.
Seven bids were received and all were deemed responsible/responsive bids.

The Engineering/Consultant Firm (Mead and Hunt) reviewed the bids and recommends award per the stated bid award criteria to the lowest responsible/responsive bidder, J&H Waterstop Utilities, Inc. Staff concurs with this recommendation.
