SUMMARY:
The City advertised a Request for Proposals (RFP #17-GS-009) in 2017 for Janitorial Services and awarded the bid to Precision Building Services. The Agreement was for a term of three (3) years from August 7, 2017 to August 6, 2020 and included two (2) one (1) year renewal options. This Addendum #1 would extend the contract from August 7, 2020 to August 6, 2021 with no increase in pricing.
