SUMMARY:

The Economic Development Board at the October 1^st, 2025 meeting discussed road improvements in relation to economic growth. During the discussion about the Commercial Space Industrial Opportunity overlay, a discussion occurred about the real need now, to widen Old Mission Road. The Economic Development Board sent a unanimous recommendation to City Council to support the widening of Old Mission Road.

RECOMMENDED ACTION:

Motion to approve Resolution 2025-R-39.
