SUMMARY:
City charter section 4.11 residency requirements for certain city employees. The city council may waive the residency requirement if the waiver is deemed to be in the best interests of procuring the services of the most qualified professional applicant. Chief Charles Geiger currently resides in unincorporated Volusia County in Edgewater.
