SUMMARY:

Per Resolution 2023-R-05 the Finance Director shall review the Policy annually and submit recommendations to the City Manager for review.  The primary changes are updating the lower approval thresholds to bring them more in line with established limits set for formal solicitations.  The most current State and Federal language has also been updated and the remaining changes are primarily formatting.
