REQUESTED ACTION: Variance approval to allow a 500 square-foot shed/detached garage and a 300 square-foot covered patio to be located five-feet (5’) from the side property line in lieu of the required 10-feet.
Background: This request was continued from the August 7, 2019 meeting to allow the applicant time to work with his neighbor to come up with a plan that would create less impact on the adjacent property.
The applicant has requested to continue to the item until a future date as he has been unable to dedicate enough time, due to work obligations, to put together a better plan for the proposed garage.
Adjacent property owners will be notified of the hearing date once it is determined.

Motion to continue VA-1918 to a future date.
