Background: The subject property is located north of Clinton Cemetery Road and east of proposed development formerly known as Julington Oaks and will be included in the future development of that property.
The property is contiguous to the existing City Limits and within the Interlocal Service Boundary Area adopted in 2015. Amendments to the Future Land Use and Zoning Maps will occur simultaneously with the annexation.
