SUMMARY:
1 year lease agreement. YMCA will pay the City $3,800 per month. Of that amount, $1,800 per month is designated toward facility maintenance and aesthetic improvements. Repairs costing less than $2,500 per occurrence is the responsibility of the YMCA.
