SUMMARY:
On September 9, 2024 Council adopted Ordinance 2024-O-19 which was the most recent incorporation of annual modifications to various fees/costs, surcharges and administrative costs/fees relating to the Code of Ordinances, Land Development Code and various administrative costs/fees.
City Staff worked with Consultant with GovRates, Inc. to perform a study of existing water & sewer capital charges or “connection fees” and to implement a stormwater impact fee. The result of this study was presented at the workshop held July 22, 2025. The results were incorporated in Ordinance 2025-O-07.
