SUMMARY:
At their March 13, 2023 meeting, City Council authorized purchase of +/-83.1 acres of property on West Indian River Boulevard for the construction of a future City Hall and associated uses. This property includes approximately 27 acres of land and approximately 56 acres of open water. The City’s continuing engineering, planning, and environmental consultant Zev Cohen & Associates, Inc. provided the attached proposal in the amount $134,000 to prepare a detailed feasibility assessment including a conceptual site layout, formal wetland delineation, and architectural programming of the City’s intended uses of the site. This is a necessary step before commencing preparation of construction documents.
