SUMMARY:
The City of Edgewater issued an Invitation to Bid (ITB 19-GS-013) on September 19, 2019 with the sole purpose and intent of obtaining Bids from interested companies to render Temporary Staffing Services for the City of Edgewater.
Two submittals were received and were deemed to be responsible/responsive bidders. The submittals are as follows:

Southern Georgia Staffing $12.00 $12.00
Waterfield Florida Staffing, LLC $16.50 $15.50
The bid document provides language that allows the City to award multiple vendors. Based on past difficulties in obtaining adequate staffing, staff believes it is in the best interest of the City to award contracts to both vendors with the understanding that the City reserves the right to award specific tasks to the firm as it deems most advantageous to the City.
