SUMMARY:

City Council adopted Ordinances 2016-O-34 on November 14, 2016, which amended and restated the Edgewater Police Officer’s Pension Plan. Subsequently, Ordinances 2017-O-21; 2020-O-33, 2022-O-18, 2023-O-10; 2023-O-23. and 2024-O-35 were adopted amending various sections of the Police Officers’ Pension Plan. 

Ordinance 2025-O-01 is the incorporation of all Plan amendments into the restated Plan.
