SUMMARY:
On September 22, 2025 Council adopted Ordinance 2025-O-07 which was the most recent incorporation of annual modifications to various fees/costs, surcharges and administrative costs/fees relating to the Code of Ordinances, Land Development Code and various administrative costs/fees.
City Staff worked with Consultant with GovRates, Inc. to perform a study of existing stormwater impact fees and water & sewer capital charges or “connection fees”. The result of this study was presented at the workshop held July 20, 2026. Updates were reviewed at the workshop on August 10, 2026. The results were incorporated in Ordinance 2026-O-17.
