SUMMARY:
At the regular meeting of May 4, 2020 City Council voted to deny the request to amend the Oakwood Cove PUD Agreement. Subsequently, the applicant met with City Staff and members of City Council; based on those meetings the applicant would like to the opportunity to bring the issue back to City Council to present additional information related to the proposed amendments to the PUD Agreement.
