SUMMARY:
The City issued an Invitation to Bid to obtain qualified bids from qualified and licensed firms to provide liquid carbon dioxide for use at the Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants (ITB #18-ES-006).
On May 7, 2018, Council approved issuing a one (1) year contract with the option of four (4) one year renewals with Matheson Tri-Gas for Liquid Carbon Dioxide.
Addendum #1 utilized the first renewal option by extending the agreement period from May 6, 2019 until May 7, 2020.
The requested Addendum #2 will utilize the second renewal option by extending the agreement period from May 7, 2020 through and until May 6, 2020.
