SUMMARY:
The attached Change Order has been recommended by the Engineering Firm for this project, Dredging & Marine Consultants (DMC) in order to provide a longer lasting roof structure with additional framing components for support and to facilitate all aluminum roofing panels which will greatly increase the life expectancy of the pavilion roof.
The cost for the upgrades is $4,904.88, was covered in the last cost analysis as reviewed at the September 14, 2020 City Council Meeting, whereas unused budget was identified in the 2019 - 2020 Parks & Recreation operation budget to cover the additional cost. Staff forgot to include the Change Order document with the agenda item that was presented.
