SUMMARY:
The City of Edgewater underwent an RFQ for Planning Consultant Services at the end of 2020. In August of 2021, Zev Cohen and Associates, Inc and GAI Consults were chosen and signed their respective planning consultant agreements. The agreement is for an initial three year period with two (2) one-year extension options. City staff exercised the first extension option in 2024, and staff are subsequently seeking to use the remaining extension. In fiscal year 2026-2027, the City will need to begin the RFP process for Planning Consultant Services.
