SUMMARY:
The City advertised a Request for Proposals (RFP #22-GS-05) in 2022 for Janitorial Services and awarded the bid to Precision Building Services. The Agreement was for a term of three (3) years from June 5, 2022 to June 4, 2025 and included two (2) one (1) year renewal options.
Addendum #2 is the final available renewal and would extend the contract from June 5, 2026 to June 4 2027 with no increase in pricing. Since the last renewal, some additional locations have been added to the agreement which have led to an increase in the annual spend of the contract. The anticipated total annual cost to the City based on existing locations and services is approximately $60,500.
