AR-2025-0558: Request to consider new applicants to serve on the Planning and Zoning Board to fill the vacated seat of Albert Amalfitano.

BACKGROUND:

Albert Amalfitano resigned from the Planning and Zoning Board in October of 2025. Mr. Amalfitano’s term expired on August 6^th, 2024. City staff have received three applications to be considered for appointment to serve a three year term on the Planning and Zoning Board. The three applicants are:

•                     Duncan Graham

•                     Dwight Cunningham

•                     Marangely Rodriguez

RECOMMENDED ACTION

City Staff defer to the Boards judgement.
