AR-2025-0558: Request to consider new applicants to serve on the Planning and Zoning Board to fill the vacated seat of Albert Amalfitano.

Body

BACKGROUND:

Albert Amalfitano resigned from the Planning and Zoning Board in October of 2025. Mr. Amalfitano’s term expired on August 6th, 2024. City staff have received three applications to be considered for appointment to serve a three year term on the Planning and Zoning Board. The three applicants are:

•                     Duncan Graham

•                     Dwight Cunningham

•                     Marangely Rodriguez

 

RECOMMENDED ACTION

City Staff defer to the Boards judgement.
