SUMMARY:
Per Purchasing Policy, the City is requesting Council approval to dispose/destroy capital assets as described below. These vehicles were a part of the FDEP DEMP Grant that was approved by Council at the February 2, 2026 meeting whereby as a requirement of the grant, the three vehicles that are being replaced must be scrapped per procedures described in the grant documents.
