The Community Redevelopment District is proposed to generate $483,694 in City related tax incremental financing (TIF) revenue. Volusia County is anticipated to generate $232,346 in TIF revenue.
The proposed budget allocates a funds towards land acquisition ($483,694), streetscapes ($232,346), and other related projects ($170,694). The total proposed budget is $886,734.
