SUMMARY:
The City Manager and staff have performed a review of the projects approved and funds encumbered with open purchase orders in prior fiscal year ending 9/30/2025 and incomplete prior to commencement of current fiscal year.
In addition, we are setting aside an additional $1 million of ARPA economic impact funds for potential City Match to appropriations. The need for a Vac Truck was re-evaluated by the management team and we would like to move forward with purchasing an additional Truck. A police vehicle was damaged in an accident and needs to be replaced prior to insurance proceeds being settled. The Menard May Park Pier replacement project was approved at the November Council meeting, we hope to receive FEMA funding for this project but will move forward with use of reserves to get the completed. Phase I of the ParkTown development project required a change order for $230,000 partially funded by impact fees and the remainder from ARPA economic impact funds. The Fire station 57 mitigation project required and additional $9,500, we are working with HLMP to cover this, but will use reserves to complete the project.
