SUMMARY:

During their regular meeting held on December 5, 2022, the City Council approved an agreement with Brenntag Mid-South, Inc. This agreement is for the purchase of Ammonium Sulfate to be used at the City’s Water Treatment Plant. The initial term of agreement ITB 23-ES-02 ended on December 5, 2023.

 

This 3rd amendment will extend the contract for one (1) year, which will then expire on December 4, 2026.
