SUMMARY:

 

                     From 2015 to 2025, Volusia County experienced 18% population growth.

 

                     Average Annual Wage increased from $34,696 in 2014 to $53,372 in 2024.

 

                     New Residential Construction continued to decrease from a height of 4,367 in 2021 to 2,362 in 2025.

 

                     In the 4th Quarter of 2025, 410 new residential building permits were issued county wide, this is a decrease of 193 permits from 2024 during the same quarter.

 

                     New Commercial investment reached 2.37 Billion dollars, of which, 938.4 million came from multi-family housing.
