SUMMARY:
Staff requests approval of the purchase the NovaTime - Carepoint time clock management system from Andrews Technology/Ascentis to be purchased with the Coronavirus Relief Funds. With this functionality the NT8000 time clock can take thermal readings of employees and prohibit them from punching in if they have a fever, or stop them from entering the building if they have a fever (if the clocks are used for door access).
The anticipated expenditure is for hardware, software, programming, licensing, installation and maintenance for 1 year is $60,905 with an annual recurring charge of $18,070.
